Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)?

CSM focuses on the Scrum Master role: facilitating the team, removing impediments, and coaching. CSPO focuses on the Product Owner role: managing the product backlog, stakeholder engagement, and product vision. CSD focuses on being an effective development team member and understanding how to contribute to product delivery. Choose CSM if you facilitate teams, CSPO if you manage products, or CSD if you work on teams building products.
