The Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-CSM®) class is a 2 day immersive training and learning experience that dives deeper into lean thinking and practices, organizational structure, culture and scaling, team development, advanced facilitation, coaching and change management techniques. Upon completion of the class, participants that meet the minimum eligibility requirements will attain the CSP-SM certification.

The class is appropriate for aspiring Agile coaches and ScrumMasters that already have an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification and have at least 2 years of work experience on a Scrum team.
