Product Management Training and Coaching
Our Product Management Training and Coaching Program helps product managers build the competencies and skills to continuously discover, test, deliver, and validate product ideas while managing desirability, viability, feasibility, and usability risks, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The program helps product managers develop the skills needed to
- Inspire and align teams and stakeholders around a vision
- Integrate customer research into product discovery and development
- Test product assumptions and market fit
- Create compelling value propositions
- Build a market-driven product strategy and roadmap
- Manage a product backlog and conflicting priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams that deliver quality products.
Product managers acquire new skills that help them build innovative products that delight customers, deliver on the business strategy, exceed business goals, and secure the organization’s future growth and success.
The program combines 3 product management workshops that follow the Scrum Alliance’s progressive Certified Product Owner course model offering a comprehensive staged, two-year journey that combines progressive in-class training with work experience to help participants improve core Scrum and product management knowledge, build skill sets, and acquire the necessary tools to evolve as product practitioners, from foundations (CSPO) to advanced practice (A-CSPO) to professional (CSP-PO).
For those who prefer a more focused approach on a specific topic or set of topics instead of going through the full CSP journey, the program can be customized to combine topics with any class listed below.
Coaching can be provided as add-ons to the workshop to re-enforce topics covered in training, or on its own to help product managers amplify their strengths while improving targeted product skills to accomplish specific ongoing initiatives.
