Leadership Development Training and Coaching

Our Leadership and Development Training and Coaching Program helps leaders build the skills needed to lead teams and organizations in this new VUCA world that is increasingly volatile with high uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity around the market and stakeholder needs. The program helps leaders become more strategic, collaborative, innovative, and proactive. Leaders acquire new skills that help them build, inspire, scale, and sustain high-performing teams and resilient organizations that adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.

The program combines 3 leadership development workshops consisting of Developing Future Leaders, Building High Performing Teams, and Leading Organizational Change, with an optional Leadership Agility 360 assessment and coaching to help leaders identify their current default leadership style and coach them in developing a path to becoming more aware and competent in the other styles.

The workshops can be delivered together or taken independently of each other in any order depending on the team and organization’s needs. The assessment and coaching can be provided as add-ons to the workshop to re-enforce topics covered in training, or on their own to help leaders amplifying their strengths while working on improving targeted leadership skills to accomplish specific on-going initiatives.

Developing Future Leaders Workshop

The Developing Future Leaders workshop helps participants build the competencies and skills needed to develop their leadership styles and improve their effectiveness as they grow from tactical to more visionary leaders capable of navigating and adapting their teams and organizations to a rapidly changing and complex world. It helps leaders understand the difference in skills, behaviors, mindset, and awareness of various leadership styles and the shifts needed in both thinking and practice in order to become leaders that are more strategic, collaborative, innovative, proactive, and adaptive.

Building High Performing Teams Workshop

The Building High Performing Teams workshop helps participants build the competencies and skills to build, sustain, and lead high-performing teams that effectively deliver while dealing with the constantly changing work dynamics. Participants learn how to assess complex team dynamics and apply team development models like Tuckman and Drexler/Sibbet to help them align teams around a common purpose, build mutual respect and trust, and get teams started off on the right track. Participants will learn techniques to improve team communication and collaboration, minimize conflict, and guide teams to overcome their weaknesses while leveraging their strength to build and sustain high-performing teams that continuously deliver value and delight their customers.

Leading Organizational Change Workshop

The Leading Organizational Change workshop helps participants develop the skills and competencies to accelerate change across the organization, increase overall business agility, and build high-performing organizations that stay ahead of the competition. Participants learn how to assess their organization’s environment, culture, structure, governance, processes, people, capabilities, and capacity for change. They learn to identify gaps and misalignments between their current state and desired future state and how to drive and sustain real organizational change that instill the values, principles, structures, and practices that maximize business agility, innovation, and resilience.

Leadership Agility 360 Assessment and Coaching

The Leadership Agility 360 Assessment instrument provides qualitative and quantitative data on a leader’s ability to lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and have engaging pivotal conversations. The assessment produces a detailed report highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in the leader’s ability to scope initiatives, set clear direction, engage stakeholders, resolve differences, analyze problems, and co-create solutions. This data is then used to develop a leadership coaching roadmap to target improving skills tied to existing initiatives.
