The Developing Future Leaders Workshop is an immersive training and learning experience that covers the competencies and skills that help leaders develop their leadership styles and improve their effectiveness as they grow from tactical to more visionary leaders capable of navigating and adapting their teams and organizations to a rapidly changing and complex world.

This workshop helps leaders understand the difference in skills, behaviors, mindset, and awareness of various leadership styles and the shifts needed in both thinking and practice to become leaders that are more strategic, collaborative, innovative, proactive, and adaptive. Each of the styles can be effective depending on the operating environment and leaders will learn how to develop and employ each style by becoming more situationally aware of their own thinking and behaviors, enabling them to adapt their leadership approach to make better decisions, take more effective actions, and achieve desirable outcomes.

Participants leave this workshop with strategies, tools, and techniques to have effective conversations that lead to stakeholder alignment and balanced decisions, employ different power styles from assertive to accommodating to improve outcomes, manage conflict by improving collaboration and integrating ideas, deliver and receive feedback in a rewarding and non-threatening manner to continuously learn and improve, balance short term and long term initiatives to deliver on important objectives, and empower and grow the teams around them.
