Kaizen The Philosophy of Continuous Improvement By James Greene

Check out the video below of James Greene presenting on ” Kaizen – The Philosophy of Continuous Improvement” at Washington DC Scrum User Group (DCSUG). James explores the challenges for any servant leader in determining the best way to foster change that lasts. Agile offers the opportunity to implement small, effective changes over time, with the goal of lasting results in overall productivity. Kaizen – literally “good change” – seeks to create a culture of continuous improvement, both in idea and in action. In this talk, we will discuss the concept of kaizen as a philosophy for continuous improvement, the “kaizen question”, and how the application of small, deliberate adjustments will result in positive change that will solve problems and provide value beyond any issue(s) that we may currently face.
