The Scrum Alliance® progressive course model offers a staged, two-year journey that allows participants to choose an educational track that improves core Scrum knowledge, builds skill sets, and provides the necessary tools to evolve as an Agile practitioner, from Scrum foundations to advanced practice.

Certified
ScrumMaster®

Start your Agile journey with the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) class. This course covers Agile values and Agile principles, the fundamentals of Scrum, the intricacies of the Scrum framework, Scrum roles and responsibilities, and the keys to a successful Scrum implementation. Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to take the Scrum Alliance® CSM exam and become a Certified ScrumMaster. Becoming a CSM starts you on your journey to Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) and offers you the opportunity to further transform yourself as a ScrumMaster through enhanced coaching and facilitation.

Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®

After completing your foundational learning and attaining your CSM certification along with a year of professional practice, continue on to the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster class. The A-CSM course goes beyond the fundamentals of Scrum and provides a deeper understanding of the ScrumMaster role, servant leadership and self-organization; the ScrumMaster’s responsibilities in servicing the Product Owner, the Development team and the organization; as well as advanced facilitation and coaching techniques. 

Certified Scrum Professional® - ScrumMaster

After completing your A-CSM certification and another year of professional practice strengthening your Agile skillsets, take the final step to become a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) with topics in advanced Lean thinking, team dynamics and effectiveness, conflict resolution, organizational development, and scaling Scrum.

Scrum Product Owner®

Learn the fundamentals of Scrum and the core responsibilities of the Product Owner including working with stakeholders, creating a product vision, managing the product backlog, and working with the Scrum team to maximize the value of product work and delight customers. Becoming a certified Product Owner starts you on your journey to Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-PO)  giving you expanded, marketable career opportunities across all industry sectors.

Advanced Certified
Scrum Product Owner®

Once your foundational learning in CSPO is complete and initial certification is achieved along with a year of professional practice, continue to A-CSPO certification by obtaining deeper knowledge in stakeholder management and facilitation, product discovery, product strategy, product roadmaps, release management, and advanced product backlog refinement techniques.

Certified Scrum Professional® -
Product Owner

After completing your A-CSPO certification and another year of professional practice strengthening your Agile skillsets, take the final step to become a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-PO) with topics in funding and financing, economics of product development, advanced customer research and product discovery, roadmapping at scale, working with multiple Scrum teams, and product launches.

Scrum Developer®

Learn the fundamentals of Scrum and Agile engineering practices including Test Driven Development, collective code ownership, automated builds and tests, continuous integration and deployment as well as managing technical debt.  Through hands-on coding exercises and intensive workshops, you’ll acquire the knowledge to create quality working software and produce a product increment at the end of each Sprint.
