What’s the difference between workshops and certifications?

Workshops are flexible training on specific topics that can be customized for your organization. Certifications follow the Scrum Alliance’s structured pathway (CSPO → A-CSPO → CSP-PO) with standardized content and experience requirements between levels. Both deliver valuable skills; certifications provide recognized credentials while workshops offer flexibility.

Do I need Scrum experience for these workshops?

No. The product management frameworks taught (Vision Board, Value Proposition Canvas, Story Mapping, prioritization methods) apply to any product development approach. For CSPO certification, no prior Scrum experience is required as Scrum fundamentals are part of the course curriculum.

How quickly will we see results?

Our workshops are designed to equip product managers will the skills and tools to start implementing new frameworks and approaches immediately start making better product decisions. Improvements in product outcomes typically emerge over the next 6 months as teams consistently apply frameworks to discovery, validation, and prioritization.

Can workshops be customized for our products?
